I feel really guilty.

So, I made a rash decision and hurt a close friend of mine. I feel really bad about this and I don't know how to reconcile it with out sounding insincere. The truth is, I was just being stupid, as usual. I wish I could have a do-over. I'm sorry, Ingvild.
